Front Desk Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Answer phone calls and retrieve messages from voicemail and forward to appropriate personnel.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Receive, sort, and route mail.
Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.
Prepare bank deposits.
Prepare Documents as needed.
Assist all company areas with administrative duties as assigned.
Keep control of office organization and supplies orders.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and Power Point.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be fully bilingual English/Spanish.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to communicate accurately and clearly orally and in writing in English and Spanish.
