QuickBooks ProAdvisor Office is seeking a self-motivated and reliable professional to join our team as a P-T QB Bookkeeper and Trouble-Shooter. (15hrs/wk).
Minimum Qualifications Include:
-Proficient in QuickBooks Online
-Superior Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail, QB Problem-Solver
-Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office & All Around Tech Enthusiast
Responsibilities Include:
-Maintain All Accounting Records (for client) including: A/R, A/P, Payroll, G/L.
-Occasionally Trouble-shoot Tricky Transactions
-Prepare Financial Statements for Review (at Month-End Close)
-Other Various Projects, As Assigned.
