Professional Tax & Insurance Inc., located in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring a Human Resource Manager to perform the following job duties:
· Carry out complex staffing tasks, such as managing understaffing, mediating conflicts, terminating workers, and enforcing disciplinary measures.
· Organize and create statistical reports pertaining to personnel-related information, including absence rates, performance reviews, transfers, and hires.
· Create, design, and implement staff development and training programs utilizing an understanding of the efficacy of techniques like seminars, conferences, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and demonstrations.
· Develop and execute comprehensive HR policies to align with industry standards and best practices, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and streamline operations.
· Offer expert, proactive guidance and support as a trusted advisor to operational management regarding HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
· Answer call from staff and managers and provide information they need related to policies, best practices etc. while escalating or referring their call for other issues, as necessary.
· Operate accounting and other HR software to include QuickBooks, Utax. Paycom etc. to manage payroll, perform billing and invoicing, create customizable reports, and expense tracking.
· Establish recommendations for the enhancement of the organization's personnel policies and procedures after analyzing statistical data and reports to pinpoint the root causes of personnel issues.
· Oversee the administration of all facets of human resources, including but not restricted to employee relations, organizational growth, benefits, compensation, and compliance.
Education Requirements: U.S. Master of Science with a concentration in Human Resource Management or related field.
Experience Requirements: 12 months of experience as an HR Coordinator, or closely related occupation. Experience to include 12 months of experience:
· Using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Apploye, Sage, or Xero, to manage payroll, perform billing and invoicing, create customizable reports, and expense tracking.
· Handling HR inquiries and administrative tasks.
· Administering end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
· Establish metric-based reporting of staff operations.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
