We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma and good communication skills. Being bilingual is highly preferred, as it helps us better serve our diverse customer base.
This is a full-time position, but we are open to discussing flexible hours for the right candidate. Our office is conveniently located at the corner of Palmetto Expressway and NW 25th Street, providing easy access for commuters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
