We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Manager to be the face of our barbershop and ensure seamless operations.

Job Description:

As the Front Desk Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our clients while overseeing daily operations. You will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating with barbers, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

-Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

-Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, using our booking system to minimize wait times and optimize barber schedules.

-Team Coordination: Collaborate with barbers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.

-Sales and Promotions: Promote services, products, and special offers to clients, aiming to enhance overall sales and customer satisfaction.

-Hygiene and Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk area and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the beauty or grooming industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and staff.

English is a must; additional languages are a plus.

Proficient in using scheduling software and basic office equipment.

A passion for the grooming industry and a keen eye for detail.
