For example A 400 s.f. master suite addition to the rear of a house and the City is asking for drainage plan and calculations, sediment control plans and landscape plans.
1. Civil Engineer
2. Landscape Architect (some cities need a licensed LA to sign plans)
Depending on the complexity of the project, I can sign/seal plans after review, so you do not necessarily have to be licensed.
