The right candidate should be able to:
Work ON-SITE
Must have 6 months of call center experience.
Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check.
Available to work on weekends.
Have a HS diploma or GED

Responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to a Multi-Client Group, following program guidelines and call center standards.
Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate answers and guidelines related to the client product.
Respond to complex call types ranging from technical assitance and troubleshooting.
Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Troubleshoot device related issues and submit incident tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed.
Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English.
