-Electronic Controls Development & Electrical of HVAC water source systems, including Design & Testing of Electrical Boxes, Layout, Harnesses, Specifications and Optimizations of System and Components.

System Electronic Control Strategy & Component Selections including Blowers, Motors

Motor Control / Inverter Experience (System Optimization, Specifications, Testing)

Able to understands the regulations and transfer the understanding to preventive actions or to validation programs.

Knowledge of HVAC regulations and Regulatory bodies (UL, ETL AHRI, IEC)

Testing and System Optimization (Simulation & Lab Testing)

Perform engineering modifications & Update drawings & processes.

Technical data, material specifications, BOM, wiring diagrams, drawings, test plans.

Support unit rating, qualification, and reliability testing

Electrical and Electronics support of new & existing Products

Electrical designs including cable harnesses & routings, component specs,

Engineering Product design and development

Write Reports, Document Data and Communicate Findings

Ownership to resolve technical problems or prompt response to address issues and escalate as needed.

Adhere to Safety & Security Protocols

Proactively identify and address product design issues that adversely affect product operation.

Be a team player within cross function teams, understand multidiscipline needs (Engineering, Marketing, Assembly, Logistics, Purchasing) and support them as needed

Support cross functional teams including designers, CAD, Lab Technicians, Manufacturing

Support Product & Project tasks such as testing, lab and manufacturing.
