Scrum Master

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospectives, backlog refinement etc.· Guide the team towards Agile Best Practices and Principles, fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the working team.· Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure Sprint Deliverables are clearly defined with clear acceptance criteria· Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized and ready for Sprint Planning· Facilitate the definition and tracking of roadblocks for efficient and consistent sprint deliveries· Track and Report on Core Scrum KPIs including team velocity, story burndown etc.· Facilitate cross-team communication, collaboration and alignment across Product, Engineering, Designers, QA Engineers etc.·Foster a culture of Continuous Delivery and Continuous ImprovementPay Rate: $35/HRWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
