Long Island Bagel & Deli is looking for an experienced Bagel Maker to join our team!
We are a fast-paced, high-volume shop with a strong customer following. We’re seeking someone reliable, skilled, and passionate about producing high-quality, authentic bagels.
Position: Full-Time Bagel Maker
Experience Required: Hand Rolling, Bagel boiling, baking, dough prep, ovens, mixers
Schedule: Early morning shifts
Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and form dough
Hand Roll, Boil and bake bagels to store standards
Maintain a clean and organized prep area
Ensure consistent quality and product appearance
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Prior bagel-making experience REQUIRED
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
