Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced server who can be available on different days throughout the week and on an on-call basis. You will be working on board our private yachts, providing an exceptional dining and beverage service to our club members and their guests. Flexibility and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding food and beverage service to guests on board the yachts
Ensure all service areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
Set up dining areas and assist with event preparation as needed
Offer a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere for members and guests
Follow safety and emergency procedures related to boat operations
Requirements:
At least 1 year of server experience in a yacht club or cruise
Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to adapt to last-minute scheduling changes
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional service
Knowledge of wine and cocktail service is a plus
Must be comfortable working on boats and able to perform tasks safely in a moving environment
