Saute / Kitchen Assistant – Il Fiore of Boca
Location: West Boca Raton
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Sauté man to join our kitchen team at Il Fiore, an artisan Italian restaurant known for fresh ingredients, gourmet sandwiches, and classic dinner entrées.
Responsibilities:
Assist the chef with prep work (chopping, portioning, organizing stations)
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Support cooking and plating during lunch and dinner service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work evenings weekends as needed
Pay: Competitive based on experience
