Prep Cook – Food Truck
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our food truck team. You will help with daily food preparation, support the chef during service, and keep the kitchen clean and ready to work.
Responsibilities
Prepare and portion ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.)
Assist with cooking and food prep tasks
Help the chef during service (assembly, handing items, organizing orders)
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Keep prep area clean and organized
Support the team during busy hours
Requirements
Basic kitchen or cooking experience preferred
Ability to work fast and stay organized
Positive attitude and team player
Punctual and dependable
