Mignonette, Miami's favorite home for oysters and seafood, is looking for a sous chef. The pay is $55,000-60,000 a year, plus PTO, bonuses, and health insurance.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of working a hot line and be capable of all stations including grill and saute ( and the ability to shuck oysters). This is a great sous chef position and requires the person to work the line only 2-3 days a week and expedite the other two, as well as place orders a couple times a week.
The weekly schedule involves about 42 -50 hours of work a week and looks like this; 5 shifts of dinner. The position has a predictable schedule with the same 2 days off each week. Start time is 130-2 and out time is 1030 on weekdays, 11-1115 on friday and saturday.
