Job Description:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage and coordinate reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Assisting with specific tasks relevant to the role, answering phones, taking reservations, entering and organizing To Go orders
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for guest service.
