Job Description:
Compassion Care Plus is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Post-Operative Care Assistants. Our ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and passionate about helping clients recover safely and comfortably after cosmetic or medical procedures.
You will provide non-medical post-op support, assist with light daily activities, and ensure clients receive quality care in a clean, supportive, and peaceful environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with mobility, light hygiene, and comfort after surgery
Monitor and record vitals (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.)
Provide light meal preparation and hydration reminders
Assist with garment support and dressing changes under supervision
Maintain a clean, organized recovery environment
Communicate promptly with management regarding client updates or concerns
Ensure client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Support clients with transportation coordination when needed
Provide emotional support and encouragement during recovery

Qualifications:
Previous caregiving, CNA, or healthcare assistant experience preferred
CPR or First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
Compassionate, calm, and professional demeanor
Ability to work 12 hour shifts
