What will you be doing?
Assist the main dental assistant (following a daily structure to do them)
- Assist in setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays and CBCTs
- Assist the dentist (chairside)
- Communicating with materials/equipment vendors etc.
- Assist in buying materials, mailing documents, etc.
Assist front desk activities (training provided)
- Answer overflow of calls and texts
- Schedule appointments, collecting payments, entering payments
- Assist in other secretarial tasks (using excel, etc.
Assist in documentation
What are we looking for?
- Bilingual communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and detailed oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, etc.
- A team player with good references (trustworthy, reliable, energetic, fast-learner)
- A motivated individual who brings professionalism, positive energy
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Basic familiarity with infection control regulations and HIPPA
