Cabinet Service Technician (Custom Closets)
Boca Raton, FL
$20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time | Monday–Friday
About the Role
Join JL Closets, South Florida’s leading provider of custom closet and storage solutions since 1991. We’re looking for a hands-on Service Technician with cabinetry, carpentry, or maintenance experience who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys solving problems on-site.

What You’ll Do
Take precise field measurements in clients’ homes using a laser and tape measure
Perform repairs and adjustments, such as replacing drawers, hinges, or doors
Handle punch-out work and finish installations started by others
Conduct quality checks of completed installations
Load, unload, and organize materials for each job
Pick up supplies from vendors when needed
Occasionally assist in our manufacturing facility
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cabinet installer, handyman, or service technician
Basic English communication (Spanish a plus)
Valid driver’s license
Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
