Responsibilities:
Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and general labor tasks
Operate basic hand and power tools
Help skilled trades as needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Requirements:
Prior construction or labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
Willingness to learn and follow direction
