We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as Festival Workers for a fun, high-energy 2-day event! As a Festival Worker, you’ll help ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience by assisting with various event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setup and breakdown of event areas
Support food, beverage, and merchandise stations
Provide directions and information to attendees
Monitor crowd activity and help maintain a clean, safe environment
Work with event staff to resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
Requirements:
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs
Punctuality and reliability are a must
Previous event or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
