Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Residential Building (30+ Units)
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our residential property running smoothly. The building has 30+ units, and we take pride in providing a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, general handyman work).
Handle resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.
Assist with unit turnovers, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
Coordinate with management and vendors when necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Venetion Island Miami Beach
