Job Summary:
Inspect, maintain, perform minor repair on building, tenant spaces, and community areas
Perform general maintenance tasks for the building such as pressure cleaning, dry wall repair, plastering, carpentry flooring, ceiling repair and more. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facilities, maintain and basic repair for air conditioning and heating systems as required.
Job Duties:
Must have tools and a truck in working order
Create safe and attractive environment. Complete building repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, etc. Maintain safety and cleanliness of exterior of the buildings and grounds. Perform other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing maintenance. Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladder, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach upward. Ability to work flexible schedule such as weekends and holidays when necessary.
