This is an opportunity to grow with the business. For the right person, this is a career opportunity – not just a job.
We need you full-time, so you MUST be able to work remotely at your home work station for 40 hours per week. During the first 90 days of employment the pay is $18.00/hour, with opportunities for increase after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for outstanding performance and the firm meeting established goals and milestones.
As the firm is anticipated to grow, the position may eventually become a hybrid / in-office position. For this reason, preference is to hire someone locally (i.e. Boynton, Delray, Boca Raton, West Palm, etc.). All equipment will be provided to you including computer, dual monitors, desk phone, webcam, stationary, etc. Since this is the firm's first non-attorney hire, the right candidate will have seniority over all other non-attorney staff hired later. As additional team members join, you will become their supervisor and eventually the firm manager. This role is best suited to someone entrepreneurial and keenly interested in business development. You will be trained how to run the firm's software and learn everything involved with administration of a civil law firm.
Please e-mail your resume and explain in the body of the e-mail (or a cover letter, if you prefer) why you might be the ideal candidate for this role.
