About Us

Eaon Legal is a dynamic and innovative law firm dedicated to delivering the best possible service to our clients through a blend of legal expertise and technological innovation. We are a full-service firm specializing in all types of US Immigration matters.

Our work environment is paperless. We leverage the latest technology to provide seamless, efficient, and effective legal services to our clients without hardly ever having to touch a piece of incoming or outgoing mail.

Our focus is on creating a client-centric experience that is both simple and sophisticated. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and are located across the country. Rather than relying on overly complicated processes which ultimately hinder the client experience we try to meet the clients where they are on a technological and explicatory level to ensure they can access quality legal representation without the excessive hurdles.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Immigration Law Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for a young professional with strong communication skills, who is fearless and looking to gain hands-on experience in the fascinating inner-workings of US Immigration.

At Eaon Legal, we value mindset over experience, and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, be coached, and grow with our firm. However, appearing in Immigration Court as well as communicating with ICE officers, DHS attorneys, and clients will be integral to the role so familiarity with these processes is encouraged before applying.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with a variety of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, asylum applications, deportation defense, visas and more.

Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and government agencies.

Utilize software such as Clio, Dropbox, Microsoft, and Google to record progress on cases and streamline workflows.

Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities provided by the firm.

Collaborate with our diverse team to develop and implement innovative legal strategies.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in additional languages such as Portuguese, Russian, or Chinese is a significant plus.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters simply and clearly.

A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing legal landscape.

Tech-savvy with a comfort level working in a paperless, digital environment.

A genuine interest in immigration law and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of the immigration system.

Recent graduates or young attorneys looking to gain experience in immigration law are encouraged to apply. Experience is less important than attitude and a willingness to grow.
