Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage appointments efficiently
Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
Assist with daily salon operations and customer service
Create and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Help grow our online presence and bring new clients through social media marketing
Requirements:
Previous marketing or social media experience is a must. Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, friendly environment
