We are seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, content creation, managing our online presence, and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. This is a part-time hybrid remote position with approximately 5-10 hours a week of work. Once a week on-site visit will be required to capture content with clients and staff. Applicant must live local and willing to commute.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

-Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including copy, images, and videos.

-Manage social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram, expand company's social media presence to additional channels.

-Create a content calendar to plan future stories and see a history of what has been shared.

-Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve our online presence.

-Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with our online community.

-Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

-Assist with maintaining the company website up-to-date and accurate.

-Monitor Google reviews and respond to reviews within 48 hours. Implement strategy to encourage clients to provide positive Google reviews.

-Collaborate with the leadership team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or Content Creator (work/content samples should be submitted).

-Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

-Works well independently.

Education:

-High-School Diploma or GED - required

-Completed college courses in related field - preferred

-Training or certification program in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing - preferred

-Must be fluent in English
