We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with permits preparations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
Experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document creation and collaboration
- Experience in calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Previous experience in order entry or clerical work is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Ability to effectively organize and file documents for easy retrieval
