Job Title: Bookkeeper
About Us:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial records with precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Perform credit card reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Ensuring sub contractors insurance and workmans comp up to date
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, and excel
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
Bi lingual preferred
