We are a well-established Property and Casualty Insurance Agency in the heart of Wilton Manors, specializing in personal lines insurance. We are looking for a licensed 440 CSR to join our GREAT team.
CSR's Responsibilities:
Assist agent with preparing and organizing data for new and existing clients.
Quality control on renewing policies.
Processing clients' payments.
Service work on existing policies.
CSRs Qualifications:
At least 1 year working in an independent insurance agency, specializing in home and auto policies, able to write new policies while servicing existing policies.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Communicate well, orally and written.
Computer savvy enough not to crash a computer!
Microsoft Excel and Outlook - Basic level.
If you have worked with Quote Rush 1 year or more, it's a plus!
If you have worked with Hawksoft - Client Management System 1 year or more, it's a plus!.
If you have worked with PL Rater 1 year or more, it's a plus!
