A small property management office in North Miami Beach is seeking a part time Office Assistant to help in the management of residential buildings.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and assist with the leasing process
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
- Assist with rent collection and ensure all payments are accurately recorded
- Maintain accurate tenant records, including lease agreements and correspondence
- Assist with property maintenance by coordinating repairs and work orders
- Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication in both English & Spanish
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of filing systems and record keeping processes
Job Type: Part-Time, In Office
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 hours per week
