Rocky's Roofing is seeking an individual with experience as a Permit Coordinator.
A qualified individual would
Have experience working with and obtaining municipal permits. (Preferably with Roofing and related services.)
1-2 years clerical and office experience.
Be a self motivated, organized and task oriented person, willing to take initiative solving problems and be able to manage time and multiple projects in a demanding and fast paced team environment, where meeting deadlines is critical to project success.
Have excellent customer service skills, be competent in written and verbal communications with customers, team members and vendors. Being bilingual is a benefit, but speaking, reading and writing English as the primary language is a must.
Be able to manage office/crew project folders in a systematic and organized fashion.
Experience with JobNimbus and/or CompanyCam would be a bonus.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Reporting daily to the office.
Process and submit permit packages to local municipalities following specific schedules to ensure deadline for projected project completion times are met.
Playing a key role as in integral part of the Rocky's Roofing team, ensuring consistent and steady jobflow and thereby contributing to positive customer experiences. This will be achieved by efficiently and effectively gathering and submitting specified plans and applications to local building department
Maintain check and credit card transactions for related customer accounts/projects.
This position is ready to be filled immediately, starting wage will be $18-25 and up depending on the individual's qualifications and experience.
