Established Construction Company 20 plus years; looking for a Energetic, Go-Getter to work with owner and management doing special projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years working for mid-size company. Preferably in the construction industry a plus

Must be Reliable and available to work 7:00am to3:30pm; Monday through Friday.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced and very busy office environment.

Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience is a Plus.

Must be comfortable working with numbers.

Ability to communicate effectively and work well with other to meet specific deadlines

Excellent organizational skills are a must.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office products (Word,Excel,etc)

QuickBooks Experience a major plus.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and sends out proposals and quotes to local vendors.

Provides clerical and administrative assistance to multiple members of management, including the owner.

Organizes subcontractor documents.

Orders materials utilizing Purchase Orders. Contact vendors for equipment rentals, orders parts and materials. Completes tasks within deadlines and efficiently.

Pays attention to detail, proof reads their work for grammatical & numerical errors. Makes appropriate corrections before delivering final work product.

Must be punctual, schedule 7:00am-3:30pm.
