Responsibilities:
Professional and courteous demeanor
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Observe people for suspicious activity or possessions
Provide assistance to people in need
Submit reports of daily activity and important occurrences
Contact the local authorities when necessary
Uphold property's rules and regulations
Other additional duties as requested
Requirements:
English speaking
MUST have an active D License
MUST have an active Driver's License
Legal to work in the US
Must be able to pass a drug test/background screening
Familiar with report writing
Good surveillance and observation skills
Great customer service
Able to effectively perform with little to no supervision
