I’m looking for an in-home sales rep for a successful impact window and roofing company servicing Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties.
Reps receive 2-3 leads per day: 10am, 2pm and 5/6pm. No setting your own leads, cold calling or door knocking necessary —but a “One Call Close” mentality is.
Experience in impact window or roofing sales is required for our next hire, unless you believe you are a superstar.
This is a commission only position with no cap. Waterfall commission structure with 50% front-end and 50% back-end commissions paid weekly.
I’m not looking for estimators, appointment setters, office positions or installers.
I’m looking for CLOSERS
