Hello, I am a man in my 30s with a significant mobility disability – I use a wheelchair full-time and have a 24/7 caregiver to help me with nearly all activities of daily living (getting out of bed, transferring to toilet, showering, dressing, transportation, etc.). I weigh about 110 pounds and I speak English, Urdu, and some basic Spanish.
I am looking for assistance with exercising and stretching for 3 hours per day, 3-7 days per week. I generally know which exercises and stretches I need to do, and need someone to assist me and make sure I'm safe. My current focus is:
Pushing my wheelchair with added weight
Pool exercises
Ideal schedule: 8 AM - 11 AM or 9 AM - 12 PM
The ideal candidate has good reflexes, since my core stability is weak and I can lose my balance, which is especially dangerous in the pool, so I need you to be aware and keep me safe. I appreciate someone who is responsive and punctual. If you have some experience helping somebody with a disability that could be helpful, and it's not required as long as you are comfortable helping me change/use the restroom as needed.

My home is usually fairly warm
I have 2 friendly cats
You will be able to park in my building during our sessions
