Job Overview:
Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety on our job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic background and experience working with various types of equipment Including:
Dewatering systems and related machinery
Diesel Gensets
Electric Pumps
Excavators, Skid Steers, and Forklifts
Fleet Vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in fleet equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of machinery.
Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Collaborate with field teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure tools and work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction equipment mechanic.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
