We are a facility maintenance company seeking experienced handymen that are looking to supplement their current income with extra work. Work can be scheduled around your existing work.
Most of the work is relatively easy, jobs take about 2-4 hours and are at retail stores, restaurants, and medical offices, though there are opportunities for larger jobs for those that have helpers or crews.
You are required to be licensed in appropriate trades and insured.
Must be fluent in speaking/writing English.
Type of jobs you will get:
- Carpentry – drawers, cabinets, shelving, etc.
- Basic plumbing- flush valve replacement, faucet replacement, etc.
- Basic electrical- changing light bulbs, etc.
- Drywall- mostly patchwork to damaged drywall
- Flooring- repair loose tiles, laminate flooring, etc.
- Basic mechanical - general ability to solve problems that arise.
- Painting- touch up, matching colors, sheen, etc.
We are looking for techs that have their own truck and tools and a smartphone to receive and update jobs via our app
