Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Ductwork & Insulation Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience in residential ductwork - including system layout, swap-outs, and new installations - who is also willing to be trained in insulation work.
The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, organized, and capable of working effectively in challenging attic environments. This person should be comfortable collaborating with a team, communicating with customers, and taking responsibility for quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform residential duct system replacements and new duct installations
Design or redesign duct layouts for efficient airflow and system performance
Read and sketch duct plans based on system requirements
Install blown-in insulation (training provided)
Maintain high standards of workmanship and cleanliness on every job
Communicate job progress clearly to the office and represent the company professionally
Coordinate with the crew and support efficient, on-time project completion
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential ductwork installation
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and air distribution
Ability to read and sketch duct layouts and system plans
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working with a team and leading small crews when needed
Physically capable of working in attics and confined, hot environments for extended periods
Responsible, punctual, and professional with customers and coworkers
