Hinterland Group, Inc., a leader in trenchless technology and pipeline rehabilitation, is seeking a skilled and motivated CIPP Installation Foreman to join our growing team in Florida. If you have experience in cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) installation and are ready to lead a dynamic crew, we want to hear from you! The ability to travel extensively throughout Florida and beyond is a must.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage CIPP installation crews on job sites throughout Florida and beyond.
Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed at all times.
Oversee the setup and operation of equipment, including inversion units, boilers, and UV curing systems.
Conduct site inspections to verify proper preparation and installation.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs and material usage reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in CIPP or trenchless pipe rehabilitation.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of CIPP processes, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
Willingness and ability to travel extensively for job assignments.
Ability to work outdoors in Florida’s varying weather conditions.
