WeDoBathroomsLLC is a rapidly growing, full-service General Contracting company specializing in high-end residential remodeling. We are seeking a full-time, salary-based Project Manager / Lead Installer who can oversee multiple crews, execute project layouts, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure flawless execution on every job.
This is a leadership position with company truck, company phone, full tool access, and a pathway to future equity for the right candidate.
Role Overview
The Project Manager / Lead Installer will be responsible for:
Leading and managing in-house crews daily
Reviewing architectural drawings, plans, scopes, and layouts
Overseeing and scheduling licensed subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
Performing hands-on work when required
Maintaining direct communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Ensuring top-tier craftsmanship aligned with WeDoBathroomsLLC core values
Managing timelines, quality control, dust containment, safety, and daily reporting
Upholding our warranty standards and premium build-out protocols
Meeting at the warehouse every morning (off State Road 84, West)
Requirements
5+ years of General Contractor–level project management experience
Strong technical understanding of plumbing, electrical, framing, tile layouts, and structural plans
Ability to perform work hands-on when needed and guide crews through every phase
Capable of reading, interpreting, and executing architectural drawings
Proven experience scheduling and managing subcontractors
Strong communication skills with clients and subcontractors
Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)
Must be reliable, solution-oriented, and disciplined
