Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Supervisor to oversee operations and
ensure the smooth coordination of dump truck services in South Florida. The successful
candidate will oversee brokered drivers, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure
compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate dump truck operations in the field
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet service needs
Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of operations, deliveries, and incidents
Qualifications:
Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or related field
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of South Florida geography and route planning
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred:
Prior experience in trucking or dump truck brokerage
