Caregiver $20.00 an hour.

We are looking for someone who can clean house, shop for food, and provide companionship for a 75-year-old woman with Alzheimer's. A Healthcare License or Nursing License is helpful but not required. Candidate needs to provide a 1099 and have a driver’s license and be able to fill out a Private Healthcare Service Report for each visit. We will provide you with a blank copy of the 1099 form. Candidate needs to be able to pass a routine background check and have good references. Initially this will be for two days each week. Please respond by e-mail.
