Assistant Housekeeping Manager - DiamondHead Beach Resort - Full Time
Responsible for assisting and providing leadership support in the overall management of the day to day operations of the resort Housekeeping and Laundry department, acting as the Housekeeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper in his/her absence. Responsible for providing assistance and back-up in development, training, mentoring, & coaching to staff.Assists in coordinating checkout, clean and vacant rooms’ status with Guest Services and submits work order items for repairs with the Maintenance department as necessary. Inspects all check outs prior to turning them into the Front Desk, to ensure that they have been cleaned and furnished according to Company SOPs. Complete and file room inspection forms.
