We are seeking a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! Fast growing Residential pool service company, based in South Naples. Family owned and operated.
Responsibilities:
Maintain pool chemistry and keep accurate records.
Vacuum the pool floor, brush walls, clean tile, clean filters and add water as needed.
Ability to follow directions and report any issues with your accounts
Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Maintain a clean truck inside and out.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and expectations:
Valid drivers license, with clean driving record. Minimum 21 years old.
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields but not limited to. Will train the right person.
Familiarity with pool service maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to prioritize and multitask and work independently, self starter.
Must be able to work holiday's, but Christmas Day and Thanksgiving.
Work rain or shine. We work Monday-Friday, some Saturdays if you have to catch up your route.
Expected to start route at 7am daily.

Duties

Ensure chemical levels are balanced and safe for swimming
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients
Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool
Maintain a clean truck, inside and out.
