Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Punch list Carpenter for a hotel project in Ft. Myers, FL!
PAY: $24 - $26 based on experience
HOURS: (40 hours/ week)
SCHEDULE: 7:00am – 3:30 pm
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 5 weeks
Key Requirements:
Punch out tasks
Proficiency in drywall installation, patching, and taping
Experience with touch-up painting, caulking, and hardware installation
Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly with supervisors
Perform general labor and site cleanup tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications for Carpenter:
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Must have PPE including steel toe work boots, gloves, high visibility vest, work gloves and protective eyeglasses.
Additional Requirements for Carpenter:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
