General Maintenance Worker
Title: Maintenance Worker - Vanderbilt Beach, Naples
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facilities in the Park Shore area of Naples. You will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
Clean and maintain facilities, Pool, and common areas.
Maintain and repair equipment and building systems.
Ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
Qualifications:
Experience in skilled maintenance procedures and techniques a must.
Ability to work independently.
Reliability and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Proficient in English, Spanish helpful.
