Responsibilities:
-Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, walkways, and parking lots.
-Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
-Remove trash, debris, and weeds from common areas.
-Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
-Respond to maintenance requests related to groundskeeping tasks.
-Identify and report safety hazards or property damage to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance is preferred but not required.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks, including lifting up to [Weight Limit, e.g., 50 lbs], bending, and standing for extended periods.
