ASN required, BSN preferred plus required certifications
Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure,
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
PALS certification required within 6 months of hire
TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire
Previous related experience in related acute setting strongly preferred
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read and comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions and PC skills.

General CommentsAdditional Information:

Must have at least 3-5 + years of ED leadership experience required - charge or manager level
Must be a RN with ASN
Reports to Director ER
Salary Range: max K Based on years of experience
Sign On Bonus: no
