Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Senior Manager of Consumer Loyalty. In this role, you will lead the ACUVUE® Consumer Loyalty Program & Experience. This individual will be responsible for innovating & evolving the MyACUVUE® Rewards Program into a differentiated, integrated end-to-end consumer loyalty experience that uses rewards, incentives, promotions, and a customized experience to drive ACUVUE® New Wearers and long-term brand loyalty.Job duties:
Manage the ACUVUE® Loyalty user experience to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for program participants
Enhance the ACUVUE® Loyalty Program into a digital, patient-centric program that meets the evolving needs and expectations of ACUVUE® consumers
Lead National Rewards strategy & reward values – work with Portfolio and Pricing team members to shape & achieve leadership signoff
Shape the Consumer Rewards Experiences for our strategic customers in strong partnership with the Customer Marketing team
Lead Market Research needs with internal & external team members to deliver critical Loyalty insights.
Build a Loyalty Program roadmap to continuously enhance & add new capabilities to the program to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement
Find opportunities along the consumer journey to place strategic programs, incentives, or promotions to remove user friction and drive key actions
Responsible for Loyalty program commercialization - inclusive of marketing collateral & training. Implement in strong partnership with ACUVUE® Portfolio team
Lead & manage strategic partnership with external agency partners, including contracting
Partner with US Marketing Portfolio team on pricing & discounting strategy to appropriately position our products within the Rewards strategy
Partner with Business Intelligence & Finance to build cases for programs that have a financial component.
QualificationsEducation:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
An Advance degree or MBA preferred
Required Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 8 years related experience in Marketing
Ability to effectively communicate, inform, and influence senior leaders
Ability to work cross-functionality on multiple initiatives with a successful record of advancing projects
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams at a time
Communicates effectively and candidly
Problem Solving; ability to use rigorous logic to solve problems with innovative effective solutions
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Business to Customer/Consumer Loyalty & Promotions Marketing experience
Loyalty Marketing Expertise: knowledge of customer loyalty and engagement strategies, tactics, tools, and production
Strong business & financial acumen
Understanding of multi-channel UI & UX and journey mapping from user or consumer standpoint
Ability to write a detailed brief
