We are currently seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Property Manager to order parts needed to complete tickets and turnovers
Strong experience and knowledge in the following tasks:
Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repair.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in management, residential maintenance - apartments or hotels
Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at the property
Ability to handle physical workload
Certifications Required: EPA Certified/CAM-T, EPA, CPO
